Fola Ajoni

Fola Ajoni is a Senior Project Manager with NextEra Energy Resources, where she develops multiple renewable energy projects across Arkansas. Before joining NextEra Energy Resources, she built her career in Nigeria’s energy sector, bringing a diverse perspective and experience to her work. Fola holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. In her role, Fola collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to advance complex energy projects from concept through development. She is passionate about delivering projects that not only strengthen the energy grid but also create meaningful economic opportunities for local communities. Outside of work, Fola enjoys planning her next travel adventure, discovering great restaurants and getting immersed in a good book. If you see her around, be sure to say hello!
