Alison MacLeod joined NextEra Energy Resources in 2023 as a senior project manager in renewables development. After earning a chemical engineering degree from Lehigh University and studying for an MBA at Harvard Business School, Alison gained experience in oil and gas industries to bring diverse project management experience to the renewable energy sector.
