Adam Gracia
Adam Gracia is a Project Director at NextEra Energy Resources, where he leads the development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects across Minnesota. He works closely with landowners, local officials, and other community stakeholders to discuss project design, timelines, and the economic benefits these projects can bring to the region. Before joining NextEra Energy Resources, Adam spent over six years serving as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, gaining experience in nuclear engineering, teamwork, and operational leadership.
